The New Worlds Reading Initiative is a FREE Florida literacy program that:
Free books delivered to your door to help young readers.
How it works
Every child deserves the opportunity to experience new worlds and achieve their full potential.
Mails a new book to each eligible enrolled K-5 grade student in Florida each month for free.
Helps students build a personalized library based on their interests.
Provides families with practical, supporting materials that build reading confidence.
Reinforces the science of reading strategies.
Supports each student to successfully launch their reading skills and develop a love of reading.
Specialized book titles include English, Spanish, Haitian Creole and braille language formats.

Applying is Easy!
Let us know about your reader's school and what type of books they like. Provide school information and choose topics your child may be interested in exploring.
Books and reading resources will arrive in the mail to the shipping address you provide throughout the school year.
